Yoga & Movement Medicine with Uma
My movement sessions are varied and include Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Pranayamas (breathing techniques) and other mystical Techniques. My philosophical approach and the sequence of events are always topic-related. My main concern is to find back into the centre through “silence” in order to strengthen the path of the heart and to maintain and increase health on all levels. Movement and stillness are my medicine since over 24 years in the field. Others say it is the way how I let them reach there inner most self in our sessions.
To me the synergy between Movement, Breathe and Relaxation guided by Sound are the magic with a sense to feel the Energy in the space and what is needed and what wants to be embodied, activated & received.
