Who Am I?
A lifelong and daily question.
On Earth, I am a woman, a mother, a daugher, a therapist, a body whisperer, a Shakti. Beyond all labels, I am a divine spark of infinite consciousness remembering, embodying and guiding others back to their own essence.
My journey began in Austria, growing up in a family deeply rooted in holistic health. Raised between a general medical practitioner with a passion for homeopathy, western medicine and an enthusiastic kinesiologist, I was introduced early to the power of prevention, healing and the body’s innate intelligence.
Curiosity became my compass. As a passionate traveler and explorer of life, I have spent decades learning from different cultures, healing traditions, nature, art, water, movement and the wisdom of the human experience itself. These inspirations continue to shape both my life and my work.
For more than 25 years, I have accompanied people through healing, transformation and awakening processes. As a body-mind therapist, yoga teacher, retreat leader and Akashic Records practitioner, I integrate therapeutic expertise, embodied wisdom, energetic healing and soul-level guidance into my work.
What became increasingly clear throughout my years of practice was that many recurring life patterns, emotional challenges, relationship dynamics and physical manifestations often have roots that extend beyond the conscious mind. While bodywork, therapy and energy healing create profound transformation, I discovered that the missing piece was accessing the deeper blueprint of the soul.
This is where the Akashic Records entered my path.
The Akashic Records became the bridge between healing the body, understanding the mind & emotions and accessing the wisdom of the soul. Through this work, we can uncover core wounds, karmic patterns, ancestral imprints and unconscious agreements that influence our present-day experiences. It is a profound pathway toward soul empowerment, liberation and the embodiment of our highest potential.
My approach combines grounded therapeutic work with spiritual depth. I believe true transformation happens when we honor all layers of our being — physical, emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual, ancestral and soul.
Today, I offer Healing Retreats across Europe, including Mallorca, Ibiza, Glastonbury and Austria. I facilitate Akashic Records Healing & Clearing Sessions and teach Holistic Medicine Trainings, where I share the wisdom, tools and insights gathered through more than two decades of healing work, advanced education and lived experience.
My own life has been one of transformation. The sudden loss of my father at the age of fourteen, challenging relationships, single motherhood and a deep journey into healing my feminine lineage became some of my greatest teachers. Through these experiences, I learned that healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about remembering who we truly are.
From separation into unity.
From survival into embodiment.
From wounded identities into Divine Union within.
The body keeps the score, but the soul remembers the way home.
Movement and body-centered healing are at the heart of everything I do. Through yoga, conscious movement, breathwork, meditation, energy work and Akashic guidance, I support people in activating their innate healing intelligence and reconnecting with their authentic truth.

I do not believe healing is about fixing what is broken.
I believe healing is the sacred process of remembering who you have always been beneath the conditioning, the wounds and the stories.
My role is to walk beside you, hold space for your transformation and help illuminate the path back to your own inner wisdom.
