Das energetisierende Hatha in der fr\\u00fch und das beruhigende Yin yoga am Abend waren liebevoll zusammen gestellt. Lange shavasana, wundersch\\u00f6ne Musikbegleitung und ullis wundersch\\u00f6ne Stimme beim <span><a tabindex=\\\"-1\\\"><\\\/a><\\\/span>Mantren singen begleiteten uns auf dem Weg durch die 4 Elemente. Ulli ging auf alle Teilnehmerinnen individuell ein, gab Alternativen im schwierigkeitsgrad der asanas und Hilfsmittel (Bl\\u00f6cke, p\\u00f6lster, Sessel...). Wir w\\u00fcrden 2 mal t\\u00e4glich mit kulinarischen K\\u00f6stlichkeiten des Haarberghof verw\\u00f6hnt.
